I'll design and 3D print a replacement. Every part is modeled from scratch in SolidWorks by me, John, the designer behind DS3D, and printed in tough PETG in Texas.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick your tier below and place your order.
2. Send your details: clear photos with a ruler in the frame, key measurements, and the make/model of the item. Reply to your order confirmation or use our Contact page.
3. I design it in SolidWorks and send you a preview before printing.
4. I print and ship it, usually within 5–10 business days.

Best fit guaranteed: mail me the broken part (or a good one) and I'll match it exactly. I'll ship it back with your new part.

PRICING

• Simple, $35: clips, knobs, caps, spacers, bumpers
• Standard, $65: brackets, latches, hinges, multi-feature mounts
• Complex, from $100: multi-part pieces, mechanisms, curved shapes. I'll confirm the final price before starting.

• 1 printed part in PETG (ASA for outdoor/UV use or TPU for flexible parts on request)
• 1 free revision if the fit is off
• Extra copies: $8–15 each

GOOD TO KNOW

• Designs made from photos are best effort, with 1 free revision. Designs made from a mailed-in part are guaranteed to fit.
• I do not make firearm parts, safety-critical parts (brakes, steering, child seats, pressurized or load-bearing parts that could cause injury), or anything with brand logos.
• I may offer common repair parts to other customers unless you ask me not to.
• Because every part is custom, returns aren't accepted, but if something's wrong, message me and I'll make it right.
